Values

These monthly sessions are facilitated by trained mental health providers and is offered in person or virtually via Zoom.

 

Values govern the way we live our lives. Beliefs and values control what you think and feel. Where do your beliefs and values come from? Values are what brings distinction to your life. You do not find them, you choose them. Honoring your values is how you reach fulfillment in life.

In this workshop, participants will identify their values and learn their behaviors that support and demonstrate their values. Since values serve as a compass in our life, it is essential for you to have a clarity on what your values are and what your team’s values are if you are a part of an organization. Allow us to help you discover and clarify your values individually and or for your team.
