This workshop is facilitated by skilled and experienced presenters and is offered in person or virtually via Zoom.

 

The facilitators will incorporate discussions and activities encompassing the current discord and separatists cognitions, the usage of the invisible knapsack and the need for equity in the workplace and or in the community, and interrupting dissonance.  Scenarios and role-playing may be integrated into each of the trainings to assist in learning skills to respond to incidences that may occur at the workplace from the perspective of the employee and the supervisor.   This workshop is custom designed for the need of the group.
