These monthly sessions are facilitated by trained mental health providers and is offered in person or virtually via Zoom.


Participants will learn the power behind boundaries, especially when they are enforced by values. The facilitators will teach the various types of boundaries, how they promote healthy relationships, demonstrate self-respect, respect for others, self-love, and love for others. Our Boundaries workshop will also include how to overcome obstacles in setting boundaries and to lead by example. Boundaries are essential to living a healthy and fulfilling life.
