Equity and Understanding 

This workshop is custom designed for the need of the group.  This includes workplace needs and community training needs. 

 

Workshop sessions focus on equity, including the understanding of attitudes that lead to discord, an introduction to cultural dissonance, the measure of humanity, detour spotting, scaffolding the stage of identity development, and inner work to combat separatists way of thinking. The workshop involves group work and reflection exercises. The workshop is facilitated by skilled and experienced presenters and is offered in person or virtually via Zoom.
