As the Director of Operations, I ensure that the heart of our practice, caring for clients and patients, flows seamlessly into the way we run our business. With strong insight in organizational leadership and a passion for supporting mental health professionals, I oversee the daily operations of the practice, streamline systems, and ensure that every client, patient, and clinician have the resources they need to thrive.

In addition to managing scheduling, client services, and administrative processes, I plays a key role in shaping the client experience by creating an environment where care feels accessible, efficient, and welcoming. My attention to detail and dedication to excellence allow our clinicians and coaches to stay focused on what matters most: guiding clients toward growth, resilience, and lasting change.
