Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition with tags attached and may not be a custom item.
• Items purchased on clearance or marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

Exchanges

How to Return an Item

• We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
