Where: Online via Zoom

When: Sundays @ 3:00 pm (Every week)

Dates: January 18th- March 15th​

Cost: 8 session package $130 or Weekly payment option of $20

- Letter to self, and past self, as a way to check in on themselves

- Positive Affirmations

● Self-Care: Developing habits that nurture your mind, body, and spirit.​

- Stretching

- Introduction to gratitude practice
