This training is custom designed for the needs of the group and or institution.   

 

The facilitator will incorporate discussions and activities to equip educators with the skills and understanding necessary to effectively connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, thereby increasing the effectiveness of instruction and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Participants will leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of cultural competency and practical strategies including Listening, Empathy, Compassion, Respect, Patience, and Authenticity.
